Hendry Holdings, LLC was founded in 2015 to manage the legacy investments of Capt. F.M. Hendry and Aaron W. Hendry, two pillars of the Hendry family’s long-standing maritime presence. 

As the family’s central management entity, Hendry Holdings oversees 100% of Hendry Marine Industries (HMI)—the heart of their maritime operations. Within HMI are two key divisions: Gulf Marine Repair, offering full-service ship repair for both commercial and government vessels, and Anchor Sandblasting and Coatings, specializing in marine surface preparation and coatings. 

All of these companies call Tampa, Florida home, where the Hendry family has been a cornerstone of the maritime industry since 1926.

As part of Hendry Holdings’ diverse portfolio, Seascour represents the family’s forward-thinking approach to developing eco-friendly solutions for the marine industry.

Seascour has earned the prestigious U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Safer Choice certification, making it the first marine scale remover to be accepted into this program. The Safer Choice label, awarded only to products that meet stringent safety and environmental standards, ensures that Seascour provides a powerful, effective solution for removing scale, rust, and deposits from marine equipment—without compromising user health or the environment.
